It’s pretty big news when Blizzard decides to take one of their own video games in long term development and release it in a public beta. This specific game, Diablo 3, has a cult like following among action RPG fans and many of those who enjoyed playing World of Warcraft can appreciate Diablo’s isometric game play.

Members of Battle.net chosen for the public beta will be notified by email, or they can check their Battle.net account to see if Diablo 3 has been added to the list of available games for them to play.

It seems if you haven’t been invited to the beta, you’re just out of luck to get playing – unless Blizzard sends you a key!
